Curtains For You

The influential scene of Seattle, Washington is home to Curtains For You and the London Bridge Studios that brought life to the band’s latest album, What A Lovely Surprise To Wake Up Here. From the beginning, piano-bar-approved ivories and a lo-tuned tom-tom drum are presented as the foundation upon which the fluid sounds of the record are built. Furthermore, these songs are replete with hooks and melodies reminiscent of all manner of Beatles classics, as Peter Fedofdky and Matt Gervais are both heavily influenced by ’60s pop, with the songwriting divvied up between them.
