This Week at Houstonist

Category: Life As I See It,Music In My Earsdryvetyme @ 08:55

In case some of you don’t live in Houston and/or are just aching to read more of my words, feel free to follow these links to Houstonist (because I’ve been quite the busy boy there this week).

Monday: H-Town Rock Interviews: Bandcamp — I sit down with Matthew Wettergreen and friends to discuss their upcoming project, entitled Bandcamp. I would like to personally state that anyone and everyone who has a vested interest in making, producing, producing, and writing about music in Houston, Texas needs to be at this important event. It’s a free event and it looks to be packed full of both quality information and networking possibilities.

Tuesday: H-Town Rock Reviews: Westheimer Block Party — It’s my rundown of all the bands I happened to see last weekend at the Westheimer Block Party (put on by Free Press Houston).

Wednesday: H-Town Rock: For the Weekend of 10/16-19/2008 — My weekly music calendar of all the shows occurring around Houston, TX for this weekend that I happen to recommend you go see.

Thursday: H-Town Rock Interviews: Tambersauro — I interview two of the members of the art-prog rock band Tambersauro regarding the release of their new album Theories of Delusional Origin.

Enjoy!
