In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few hours or so, it seems that Senators Barack Obama (D-IL) and John McCain (R-AZ) were victorious in the Virginia, Maryland, and District of Colombia Primaries. In other words, they seem to have “Big Mo” on their side.

No – not that Moe!

I’m talking about “Big Mo” — aka “Momentum.” You know, the rush of success for one person/team against the opponent that ignites the one winning with a fresh flame, while quashing the spirit of the one currently losing. Granted, neither Senator Clinton (D-NY) not Governor Huckabee (R-AR) plan on giving up anytime soon, but they have a tough climb ahead of them in terms of quelling the string of accomplishments of their respective opponents. In terms of the delegates, Obama currently has a 25 vote lead in the Democratic race, while McCain is ahead of Huckabee by 595 votes. We shall keep a lookout for how things progress as we head to the Wisconsin and Washington Primaries on Tuesday, February 19th (the Hawaii Democratic Caucus will also be on that day). Oh, this is exciting!!
